Yes. Homeowners and commercial customers can submit a request and review responses for free, with no obligation to choose a contractor.

How many contractors can respond?

Up to 3 contractors may be shown to you. Responses are not guaranteed instantly, especially during the early rollout.

What if I don't get 3 responses?

Accepted Answer

During the early rollout some areas have limited contractor coverage, so you may receive fewer than 3 responses or none at all. If no contractor responds we'll let you know — you can wait, edit the request, or join the waitlist for your area.

Are the estimates fixed prices?

No. They are indicative ranges. Most roofing jobs need inspection before a contractor can provide a firm quote.

When do contractors see my contact details?

Only after you shortlist a contractor. Before then, contractors see limited job information and your approximate area, not your direct contact details.

How do contractors pay?

Contractors join, view opportunities and express interest for free. A lead fee is charged only if they are shortlisted and contact details unlock.

Is RoofMatch the contractor?

No. RoofMatch is a marketplace. Any roofing work, quote, inspection, contract and payment is between the customer and contractor.

Can I delete my data?

You can ask RoofMatch support for access, correction, deletion or anonymisation where legally appropriate.
